The Terms of Use for Sunrooms.net are listed below. We request that you read these Terms before submitting any information for Estimate Requests.

All users must be at least 18 years old and either a homeowner or homeowner’s representative.

Sunrooms.net is a referral service only and is in no way a contractor, service provider or manufacturer, and can in no capacity act as agent or advisor to you regarding your home improvement project.

Sunrooms.net does not endorse, recommend nor offer advice on which of the contractors we refer to you is best qualified to complete your project. The purpose of Sunrooms.net is to match homeowners with qualified professionals in their area.  Those contractors will in turn provide free estimates for the proposed project which you, the homeowner will compare in order to decide which contractor to hire.

Sunrooms.net uses its best efforts to verify the legitimacy of the licensure and insurance for each of the contractors in our network. We recommend that you also conduct research on any professional that you are considering entering a contractual agreement with.  Any such agreement or contract will be strictly between the homeowner and the service professional selected.

All users of Sunrooms.net agree that if they enter into an agreement with a service professional, Sunrooms.net will be released from responsibility of any and all disputes, damages or claims that may arise during the proposed home improvement project.  All users further agree that all disputes and claims will be handled directly between the user and the contracted professional.

All users agree to use Sunrooms.net website strictly for the purpose of obtaining estimates for bona fide home improvement projects.  No user will make use of Sunrooms.net for the purpose of fraud, deception, harassment or any other use not conforming to this purpose.

All users accept all responsibility for the verification of the contractors’ credentials, including but not limited to, proper state and/or local licensure and certifications and current liability insurance coverage. User agrees and understands that Sunrooms.net has no power over any of the service professionals who participate in its member network. While we at Sunrooms.net use best practices to verify our members’ accuracy of information and reliability, it is ultimately the responsibility of the homeowner or user to reaffirm any and all information directly with the service professional before entering into any contractual agreement. We recommend requesting copies of their business license, pertinent certifications and liability insurance binders, as well as references from customers who have previously contracted for their services.

All users agree that Sunrooms.net is not accountable for any damages arising from or relating to the use of our website. Sunrooms.net will have absolutely no liability for any damages, disputes or legal actions that may result from your relationship with one of the service professionals in our network.

All users understand that Sunrooms.net and its employees, members, affiliates and partners will use your submitted information to contact you regarding your request for free estimates for your home remodeling project.  User assumes all responsibility for the accuracy of submitted information.

All users understand that submission of their information for the purpose of obtaining free home improvement estimates is agreement to the terms of use as stated above.
